Gospel singer Michael Mahendere is set to take his worship experience to Kwekwe alongside Sindiso Nkomo for a concert slated for December 22 at Kwekwe Museum Hall.This would be one of the biggest worship nights when Minister Mahendere as he is now popularly known takes to the stage backed by Worship Direct, a group he built since he launched a solo career.

Minister Mahendere is still a member of the famed Mahendere Brothers led by his brother Amos.

Gospel music lovers should expect a thrilling performances from both Minister Mahendere as well as the youthful Sindiso.

The concert starts at 530pm with music non-stop.

Also a pastor at the United Family International Church, Minister Mahendere will lead Direct Worship in praise and worship songs just the way music lovers likes it.

He is basking in the glory of his latest D album titled “Getting Closer with God Part 2”.

He hopes to reach out to new audiences through the power of worship songs.

“I want to make it clear that I am still part of the group Mahendere Brothers but I am also doing this separate project. My elder brother Amos Mahendere has featured on some of the songs and with that mix we hope to please. My strength is in worship songs than praise songs which are mainly done by Mahendere Brothers so the aim of the group is to bring people close to god trough worship,” he once told The Herald Entertainment.

He also added that he will be working on a new album.
