MUTARE City Rovers, who edged Gutu 1-0, are now the pacesetters in the Zifa Eastern Region Division One League after they replaced Buffalo Junior who managed a 1-1 draw at Mwenezana.

The explosive Masvingo derby between Masvingo United and ZRP Masvingo at Mucheke ended in a thrilling 2-2 draw.

Masvingo United are now unbeaten in 10 games.

Ruwa United thrashed former leaders Eastern Stars 4-1 at Rudhaka.

The Stars, who dismissed their coach Elisha Mukusa two weeks ago, have now gone two straight games without a win and are now fourth on the table.

Mukusa was replaced by Takura Shariwa, while the team was on top of the table, but things have since changed for Kotwa-based side.
