Friday afternoon sessions at Club Archies will never be the same again as the duo of Ash Stylez and Nivek stir up things at the new hangout located right in the city centre. More popularly known as “Game Recognise Game”, the duo who are also on Star FM’s roster will jam back-to-back non-stop, throwing some serious hot remixes just the way music lovers like it.

The combination of Nivek and Ash Stylez is a formidable one since the two complement each other on the decks. You might be a hip-hop head or into house, RampB and dancehall, the two bring the mash-up like no man’s business.

Both Nivek and Ashy Stylez have toured in and out of Zimbabwe and have rocked fans in Malawi where they left an indelible mark on the club scene.

Nivek, who features every Monday on Star FM’s TXO show, brings the best in house, RampB as well as dancehall, all in the mix.

Ash Stylez is another favourite of many clubs goers for his soothing sounds and a selection of old and new hits.

So far the duo has released a number of hot mix tapes which are available for free downloads.

“The afternoon sessions, which we call the ‘Tap Out Fridays’ bring the banging music of the moment with guest DJs and artistes who feature at the club.

“This is the return of the popular afternoon sessions starting at 2pm at the club which has been renovated to suit the discerning music lovers,” DJ Nivek said.

According to Dj Nivek, the duo has lined up a number of gigs next month before the summer fall.

The all new Club Archies along Nelson Mandela Avenue has been refurbished with state-of-the art sound and lighting as well as well stocked bars.

There is enough space for those who love to see action on the big screen.
