Home » Arts & Culture » Urban Reloaded – the Fun Has Just Begun

Hooray it’s one day to go for HIFA and the fun has just begun. Hope you attended church services and enjoyed Easter eggs and bunny treats last weekend.

Phew, still keeping my swag on and alas girls are on fire with weird and colourful hairdos. That reminds me winter spring is approaching.

It would be naiumlve not to congratulate my man Channing Tatum for being awarded the Trailblazer Award at the recent MTV Movie Awards. Wow the boy got swag too and if we were to do the fashion police Rihanna and Lupita Nyongo would have been arrested. Girls, what the heck were you wearing?

Right the awards have come and gone. We all can’t wait for the new “X-Men Days of the Future” movie coming soon. Gosh the exclusive trailer showed that it is going to be exciting, full of electrifying energy and new characters.

And sorry guys we can’t publish “Gum-gum” lyrics by Soul Jah Love for obvious reasons though it’s the doppest local track. Geez don’t be left out and make it a ringing tone.

Enough of this, back to buzz reloaded and of course our Nay and Yeah of the week goes to . . .

Clean headphones for your health

Well the Dash smart headphones play your music while tracking your health and vitals. Just like when one reaches a certain age where they think about settling down and having kids, everyone reaches a certain age where they feel like walking around with music blaring on their headphones is just all sort of unnecessary.

If you haven’t reached that age yet, you might want to trade in your Fitbit Force for the Dash, the “world’s first wireless smart in-ear headphones.” You can use them much like regular headphones, streaming music from a smartphone over Bluetooth.

Like regular exercise monitors, it can measure pace, steps, cadence, time, g-force, and distance, all while tracking body vitals using tiny LEDs that emit low-intensity red and infrared light into the ear capillaries. Don’t want to tune out the world with your in-ear headphones while running in the streets? The in-ear headphones are lightweight, shock-resistant, and water-resistant up to a metre.

Leather skirts

Yes winter time is approaching but that doesn’t stop you from going into that season already. The leather flared skirt is back and this time comes in different colours too. If you are from the gothic kingdom then the black remains your style.

This holiday you can rock in it from church, parties to social gatherings. Boys too don’t be left out but not with the skirt because it is the one leather glove that is topping.

Songs for the holiday

Yah right some might say during the holiday I want to study or visit my grandma but music is the soul to the heart. CLS will help you on the playlist and you will never go wrong.

1. Loyal – Chris Brown, Tyga and Lil Wayne

2. Partition remix – Busta Rhymes, Azealia Banks and Beyonce

3. Can’t be Tamed – Pitbull
