NNA – An unidentified explosion killed several people at the end of an election rally in Bulawayo, southern Zimbabwe, for President Emmerson Mnangagwa.

The President has been successfully evacuated and is now at the Bulawayo provincial headquarters in the southern town of Bulawayo, according to witnesses and Presidential Spokesman George Charamba.

“The explosion happened near the platform where the President was standing,” he indicated.
