LUANDA, May 14 — Officials from Zambia, Namibia and Zimbabwe have voiced their strong interest to strengthen co-operation with Angola in the tourism sector, according to the Director-Ggeneral of Angola’s Institute of Tourist Promotion (Infortur), Eugénio Clemente.

The three countries, which, like Angola, are members of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), made known their interest during the three-day International Tourism Indaba 2015 in Durban, South Africa, which ended on Monday.

Clemente told Angop here that he held separate meetings with counterparts from the three countries and they all expressed readiness to co-operate with Angola.

Zimbabwe, he said, was willing to offer training in the English language, while Namibia intends to hold later this year a Road Show to promote its tourism sector. Zambia also offered to share experiences and knowledge ithe n tourism field.
