Dale Beugin (executive director of Canada’s Ecofiscal Commission), Emile Frison (member of the International Panel of Experts on Sustainable Food Systems) and Bernard Soubry (doctoral candidate in geography and environment at the University of Oxford’s Environmental Change Institute) discuss the implications of climate change policy on the economy, the negative impact on agricultural productivity and nutritional content, and the impact on the Maritimes’ agricultural sector.
