Dambai Police Station Records 301 Crime Cases in Nine Months

Dambai: A total of 301 crime cases have been recorded in Dambai Police station from January to September 2025. Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), Mr. Abdul-Razak Alhassan, Dambai Divisional Crime Officer revealed this during a community engagement with traditional leaders organised by Krachi East Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Mr. Safo Nketia.

According to Ghana News Agency, these statistics highlight the crime situation in the area, with various incidents reported during the nine-month period. In a presentation, ASP Alhassan revealed that crime statistics included offenses such as theft, assault, murder, highway robbery, rape, causing unlawful harm and other crimes.

ASP Alhassan assured the public that the Dambai Police station has been working to address these incidents for residents’ safety. ‘We are committed to maintaining law and order in our municipality, and we urge residents to work with us to prevent and report crimes at Dambai Police station’, he added.
