Johannesburg: The company's new office in Sandton was officially inaugurated, marking a significant step in Bureau Veritas' expansion strategy in Southern Africa. The inauguration was attended by local employees and regional leaders from South Africa, Zambia, and Namibia. This strategic relocation places Bureau Veritas at the center of Southern Africa's financial and commercial hub. Following the inauguration, the Bureau Veritas team visited oil and gas and energy clients in Maputo, Mozambique, to engage with key stakeholders and partners, reinforcing the company's position as a preferred partner in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector in the region.
According to African Press Organization, the expansion comes as Bureau Veritas Mozambique recently celebrated its 15th anniversary. The celebrations took place in their new offices in Maputo, underscoring the company's commitment to the region. Bureau Veritas has been operating in Southern Africa for over two decades, leveraging its global expertise to meet industry-specific needs across the region. With a presence in South Africa, Zambia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Namibia, Bureau Veritas provides testing, inspection, and certification services to ensure safety, compliance, and quality for both the public and private sectors.
