Ada: The Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Mr. Joseph Atsu Dzineku, the Ada Divisional Police Commander, has called upon the citizens of Ada and the broader Ghanaian populace to collaborate with security forces to ensure violence-free elections. He emphasized that such cooperation is crucial in maintaining Ghana's global reputation as one of the most democratic and peaceful nations. According to Ghana News Agency, Mr. Dzineku assured the public that security personnel would not engage in witch-hunting at polling centers. Instead, their primary role would be to protect lives and properties. He stressed the importance of collaboration between the electorate and security forces deployed at various polling stations to achieve a peaceful electoral process. The Divisional Commander praised the residents of Ada for their history of peaceful coexistence and violence-free elections, urging them to continue this commendable record. He encouraged voters to exercise their right to vote and advised them to return home promptly after casting their ballots to maintain order and safety.
