President of the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE), Farouk Bouaskar, said, on Saturday, that the electoral body has provided excellent conditions for persons with disabilities so that they can fulfill their duty at best. During the opening ceremony of the media center for the local council elections at the Sports Palace in El Menzeh, Bouasker said that ISIE has reserved Polling Station No. 1 in each polling center (school) to persons with disabilities, due to its proximity to the entrance of the center in a bid to facilitate their movement. He added that the ISIE will provide Braille containers for the visually impaired and establish special protocols to assist them or other voters with a physical disability.
