Dormaa Ahenkro: Mr Daniel Hinne, the Deputy Dormaa Central Constituency Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Bono Region, has called on more women within the party to pursue leadership roles in politics.

According to Ghana News Agency, Mr Hinne expressed concern during an interview that only one woman was among the eight candidates vying for the Dormaa Municipal Chief Executive position. He emphasized the need for women to be bold and seek higher political positions, thereby enhancing their ability to contribute significantly to the party's growth and national development.

Mr Hinne also encouraged women in the party to take an active role by participating in party and community events. He stressed the importance of women presenting themselves effectively, building their confidence, and making themselves known within political circles.
