President-Elect John Dramani Mahama Makes Initial Appointments to Office of the President

Accra: President-elect John Dramani Mahama has announced his first appointments to the Office of the President, effective from Tuesday, January 7th.

According to Ghana News Agency, a statement released by Mr. Felix Kwakye Ofosu, Special Aide to the President-elect, disclosed the appointments of Mr. Julius Debrah as Chief of Staff at the Presidency and Dr. Callistus Mahama as Executive Secretary to the President.

Additionally, Dr. Valerie Sawyerr has been appointed as Senior Presidential Advisor in charge of Governmental Affairs, while Mr. Augustus Goosie Tannoh will serve as Presidential Advisor Responsible for the 24-hour Economy and Accelerated Export Development.

Madam Marietta Agyeiwaa Brew has been named Legal Counsel to the President, and Mr. Felix Kwakye Ofosu will take on the role of Acting Spokesperson to the President.
