The statutes of the International CFO Alliance were signed on June 9 in Tunis, by 12 professional associations representing some twenty countries from Africa, Europe and Latin America, on the occasion of the international symposium of the Tunisian Association of Management Controllers and Financial Executives (COGEREF). The Alliance aims to develop a collaborative network of CFO Associations that can serve as a collective voice on matters of mutual interest and concern, and in this way contribute to the efficiency of financial markets around the world. Its mission is to develop a collaborative network of CFO Associations that can serve as a collective voice on matters of mutual interest and concern, and in this way contribute to the efficiency of financial markets around the world. The Alliance's work serves the public interest by fostering a culture of co-operation, sharing of ideas, and contribution to solving global issues affecting the CFO profession.
