(TAP) - Tunisian tennis player Ons Jabeur (world's 6th) has qualified for the second round of the Wimbledon tournament (Grand Slam), defeating Polish player Magdalena Freçh (68th) in two sets (6-3, 6-3) on Tuesday. Jabeur will face Belgian player Ysaline Bonaventure (90th) or Chinese player Zhuoxuan Bai (191st) in the second round, before continuing her path to the quarterfinals where the world No. 2 may be present.
