The Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry and the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) in Montreal (Canada) inked a joint declaration to scale up bilateral cooperation in the higher education and scientific research field. The document was signed during Minister Moncef Boukthir's visit to ÉTS, during which he met with the Tunisian teachers and students and familiarised with the various research and technological innovation activities carried out by the students. Boukthir is in Montreal to partake in the 7th Conference of the French-speaking Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministers, due November 1-2 in Quebec.
